CA1 / Anti-Gamma carbonic anhydrase 1, mitochondrial antibody

Complex I is the largest protein complex of the oxidative phosphorylation system in mitochondrial and it catalyzes NADH-quinone oxidoreduction. Complex I represents the main entrance site for electrons into the respiratory electron transfer chain. In Arabidopsis, Complex I have at least 49 subunits and CA1 (AT1G19580) is one of the subunit. CA2 (AT1G47260) and CA3 (AT5G66510) are also the subunits of Complex I.

PhytoAB has PHY0554S antibody for CA1, the immunogen is KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide of CA1 derived from Arabidopsis thaliana AT1G19580.We also have CA2 antibody (PHY1517S and PHY1518S) and CA3 antibody (PHY0518S), Currently, this antibody still under testing. However, we make the full size antibody available with this low price and reward (check with info@phytoab.com) for those who need it urgently and want to test it.
