NDPK3 / Anti-Nucleaoside diphosphate kinase 3 antibody

Nucleoside diphosphate kinase 3 (AT4G11010，NDPK3) is located in the inter-membrane space of mitochondria. It has been shown that NDPK-3 is a positive regulator of the Arabidopsis stress response to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs).

PhytoAB has PHY0159 antibody for NDPK3, the immunogen is KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide of NDPK3 (AT4G11010) derived from Arabidopsis thaliana.

Among 25 analyzed species, the sequence of the synthetic peptide used for immunization is 100% homologues with the sequence in Solanum tuberosum, Solanum lycopersicum, and 80-99% homologues with the sequence in Cucumis sativus, Nicotiana tabacum.
