SBPase / Anti-Sedoheptulose-1,7-bisphosphatase, chloroplastic antibody

Sedoheptulose-1,7-bisphosphatase (SBPase) is a Calvin cycle enzyme and functions in photosynthetic carbon fixation.

Phytoab has antibody PHY0410S for  SBPase, the immunogen is KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide of SBPase derived from Arabidopsis thaliana AT3G55800.

Among 25 analyzed species, the sequence of the synthetic peptide used for immunization is 100% homologues with the sequence in Solanum lycopersicum, Brassica rapa subsp. Chinensis, and 80-99% homologues with the sequence in Medicago truncatula, Nicotiana tabacum, Triticum aestivum, Zea mays, Cucumis sativus.
