Shipping & Delivery
In stock items ship 1-2 business days after payment is received or cleared. Tracking numbers provided upon request by telephone or through Ebay e-mail system only! We do not respond to notes sent through PayPal. We reserve the right to deny shipment to members with UNCONFIRMED PayPal addresses. If we are unable to ship all or part of your order for any reason, we will give an IMMEDIATE refund.

Returns & Replacements
Please call customer service before returning any products for refund, credit or replacement. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

Paypal payments are processed instantly. Our online payment gateway is PCI-DSS compliant (really secure). We reserve the right to delay shipment until payment clears the bank.
