  1. pTAC9 / Anti-PLASTID TRANSCRIPTIONALLY ACTIVE 9 Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT4G20010    Q8GXH3
     Synonyms: pTAC9, ORGANELLAR SINGLE-STRANDED DNA BINDING PROTEIN 2, OSB2, PLASTID TRANSCRIPTIONALLY ACTIVE 9, PTAC9

     Background:

In chloroplasts, transcription of plastid genes is mediated by two types of RNA polymerase: plastid-encoded RNA polymerase (PEP) and nuclearencoded RNA polymerase (NEP). Transcription in plastids is also mediated by a number of nuclear-encoded factors in addition to PEP and NEP. In the insoluble RNA polymerase preparation samples, a total of 18 components named as pTACs (pTAC1 to pTAC18) were identified. pTAC9 (AT4G20010) is one of the components associated with PEP complex.
  2. NR1 / Anti-Nitrate reductase [NADH] 1 Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT1G77760    P11832
     Synonyms: NR1, GNR1, NIA1, NITRATE REDUCTASE 1

     Background:

Assimilatory nitrate reductase is an enzyme of the assimilative metabolism involved in reduction of nitrate to nitrite. The nitrite is immediately reduced to ammonia (probably via hydroxylamine) by the activity of nitrite reductase. Plants contain 2 forms of NR: NADH-NR (most common form in plants and algae, predominantly found in green tissues) and NAD(P)H-NR (uses NADH or NADPH as the electron donor, constitutively expressed in plants at a low level). NADH-NR is a homodimer of two identical subunits (100-115 kDa each, hold together by a Mo-cofactor) each of them coded by up to three genes (NR1-3, NIA1-NIA3).
  3. AT1G67350 / Anti-NADH dehydrogenase subunit AT1G67350, mitochondrial Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT1G67350    Q9FYF8
     Synonyms: AT1G67350

     Background:

Complex I is the largest protein complex of the oxidative phosphorylation system in mitochondrial and it catalyzes NADH-quinone oxidoreduction. Complex I represents the main entrance site for electrons into the respiratory electron transfer chain. In Arabidopsis, Complex I have at least 49 subunits and AT1G67350 may be one of the subunit.
  4. CYP38 / Anti-Cyclophilin 38 Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT3G01480    Q9SSA5
     Synonyms: CYP38, ARABIDOPSIS CYCLOPHILIN 38, ATCYP38, CYCLOPHILIN 38

     Background:

CYP38 (AT3G01480) is a thylakoid lumen protein comprising the immunophilin domain and the phosphatase inhibitor module. It may guides D1 biogenesis during PSII assembly.
  5. TOM40 / Anti-Mitochondrial import receptor subunit TOM40-1 Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT3G20000    Q9LHE5
Synonyms: TOM40, TRANSLOCASE OF THE OUTER MITOCHONDRIAL MEMBRANE 40

     Background:

TOM40 is a component of the TOM receptor complex responsible for the recognition and translocation of cytosolically synthesized mitochondrial preproteins.
  6. GPX4 / Anti-Probable glutathione peroxidase 4 Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT2G48150    Q8L910
     Synonyms: GPX4, ATGPX4, GLUTATHIONE PEROXIDASE 4, GPXL4.

     Background:

The plant glutathione peroxidase (GPX) family consists of multiple isoenzymes with distinct subcellular locations which exhibit different tissue-specific expression patterns and environmental stress responses. GPX4 (AT2G48150) is one of the subunit.
  7. ATG4 / Anti-Chlorophyll synthase, chloroplastic Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

Immunogen: Arabidopsis thaliana (AT3G51820    Uniprot: Q38833)
Synonyms: ATG4, Arabidopsis Chl, CHLG, G4, PDE325, PIGMENT DEFECTIVE 325.
  8. FLAP1 / Anti-FLUCTUATING-LIGHT-ACCLIMATION PROTEIN1 Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT1G54520    Q8RWI0
     Synonyms: FLAP1, FLUCTUATING-LIGHT-ACCLIMATION PROTEIN1

     Background:

Arabidopsis FLAP1 is associated with chloroplast thylakoid and envelope membranes and that the flap1 mutant shows delayed non-photochemical quenching (NPQ) relaxation during induction of photosynthesis at moderate light intensity.
  9. RSH1 / Anti-Putative GTP diphosphokinase RSH1, chloroplastic Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT4G02260    F4JHA2
     Synonyms: RSH1, AT-RSH1, ATRSH1, RELA-SPOT HOMOLOG 1, RELA/SPOT HOMOLOG 1

     Background:

The model plant Arabidopsis has four RSHs (RSH1, RSH2, RSH3 and CRSH). All of the RSHs are targeted to chloroplasts, although the possibility that they also function in other cellular components such as in mitochondria cannot be excluded. RSH1 may be involved in a rapid plant ppGpp (guanosine 3'-diphosphate 5'-diphosphate) mediated response to pathogens and other stresses.
  10. pTAC2 / Anti-PLASTID TRANSCRIPTIONALLY ACTIVE 2 Antibody

     Background:

In chloroplasts, transcription of plastid genes is mediated by two types of RNA polymerase: plastid-encoded RNA polymerase (PEP) and nuclear encoded RNA polymerase (NEP). Transcription in plastids is also mediated by a number of nuclear-encoded factors in addition to PEP and NEP. In the insoluble RNA polymerase preparation samples, a total of 18 components named as pTACs (pTAC1 to pTAC18) were identified. pTAC2 (AT1G74850) is one of the components associated with PEP complex.
