Background:	GRH1 is an F box protein belonging to the TIR1 subfamily. This protein forms SCF complexes with ASK1 and CUL1 and interacts with Aux/IAA proteins in an auxin-dependent manner. It also has sequence similarity to the yeast protein GRR1, which is involved in glucose repression.
