CLPC2 / Anti-Chaperone protein ClpC2, chloroplastic Antibody
Immunogen: | AT3G48870 Q9SXJ7
Synonyms: | CLPC2, ATCLPC, ATHSP93-III, HSP93-III
Background: |
ClpC is a molecular chaperone of the Hsp100 family. There are two chloroplast-localized paralogs: ClpC1 (AT5G50920), ClpC2 (AT3G48870). ClpC2 may act as a suppressor of FtsH-mediated thylakoid membrane biogenesis and may enhance photoinhibition. |
