Immunogen: AT3G61470 Q9SYW8 Synonyms: Lhca2, LHCA2, PHOTOSYSTEM I LIGHT HARVESTING COMPLEX GENE 2. Background:
The light-harvesting complex (LHC) functions as a light receptor, it captures and delivers excitation energy to photosystems with which it is closely associated. The Lhca2 is one of the four main and highly conserved types of chlorophyll a/b-binding proteins (Lhca1-4) of the light harvesting antenna (LHCI) of plant photosystem I. Lhca2 is imported as a precursor from the cytosol into the chloroplast. Upon integration in the thylakoid membrane Lhca2 forms a heterodimer (LHCI-680) with Lhca3 that associates with the PSI core close to PsaF and PsaK. -

Immunogen: AT1G67700 Q8LDL0 Synonyms: HHL1, HYPERSENSITIVE TO HIGH LIGHT 1 Background:
HHL1 is a chloroplast protein and participates in photodamage repair of PSII under high light. Mutants without HHL1 mutants show hypersensitivity to high light and drastically decreased PSII photosynthetic activity. HHL1 associates with the PSII core monomer complex through direct interaction with PSII core proteins CP43 and CP47, and also interacts with LQY1, which functions in the repair and reassembly of PSII. -

Immunogen: AT1G75690 Q8GSJ6 Synonyms: LQY1, LOW QUANTUM YIELD OF PHOTOSYSTEM II 1 Background:
LQY1 is a Zn finger protein and shows disulfide isomerase activity in the chloroplast. LQY1 is mainly localized in stromal thylakoids and may be involved in maintaining PSII activity under high light by regulating repair and reassembly of PSII complexes. The absence of the LQY1 protein accelerates turnover and synthesis of PSII reaction center protein D1. -

Immunogen: AT1G76570 Q9C9K1 Synonyms: Lhcb7, ATLHCB7, LIGHT-HARVESTING COMPLEX B7 Background:
The light-harvesting complex (LHC) functions as a light receptor; it captures and delivers excitation energy to photosystem. The nuclear LHCB7 gene is common in higher plants, encodes a transcript that is well expressed in a subset of leaf mesophyll cells, and is associated with a protein product that is homologous to pigment-binding components of the photosystem (PS) II peripheral antenna complex. -

Immunogen: AT5G16620 Q9FMD5 Synonyms: TIC40, ATTIC40, PDE120, PIGMENT DEFECTIVE EMBRYO 120, TRANSLOCON AT THE INNER ENVELOPE MEMBRANE OF CHLOROPLASTS 40 Background:
TIC40 is a protein in the chloroplast inner membrane translocon complex. It is involved in protein precursor import into chloroplasts and reinsertion of proteins from the chloroplast stroma into the inner membrane. Three components of the chloroplast protein translocon, Tic110(AT1G06950), Hsp93 (ClpC), and Tic40(AT5G16620), have been shown to be important for protein translocation across the inner envelope membrane into the stroma. -

Immunogen: AT3G18890 Q8H0U5 Synonyms: TIC62, ATTIC62, TRANSLOCON AT THE INNER ENVELOPE MEMBRANE OF CHLOROPLASTS 62. Background:
TIC62 is a subunit of the Tic complex (translocon at the inner envelope of chloroplasts), which mediates the import of nuclear-encoded precursor proteins containing a chloroplast transit peptide in concert with the Toc complex (translocon at the outer envelope of chloroplasts) across the double membrane of the organelle. -

Immunogen: AT5G55710 Q9FM67 Synonyms: TIC20-V, ATTIC20-V, TRANSLOCON AT THE INNER ENVELOPE MEMBRANE OF CHLOROPLASTS 20-V. Background:
TIC20-V is a component of the TIC (translocon at the inner envelope membrane of chloroplasts) protein translocation machinery mediating the protein translocation across the inner envelope of plastids. The Arabidopsis genome encodes four Tic20 homologous proteins, AT1G04940(Tic20-I), AT2G47840(Tic20-II), AT4G03320(Tic20-IV) and AT5G55710(Tic20-V).
