Immunogen: AT2G32650 O48852 Synonyms: pTAC18, PLASTID TRANSCRIPTIONALLY ACTIVE 18 Background:
In chloroplasts, transcription of plastid genes is mediated by two types of RNA polymerase: plastid-encoded RNA polymerase (PEP) and nuclearencoded RNA polymerase (NEP). Transcription in plastids is also mediated by a number of nuclear-encoded factors in addition to PEP and NEP. In the insoluble RNA polymerase preparation samples, a total of 18 components named as pTACs (pTAC1 to pTAC18) were identified. pTAC18 (AT2G32180) is one of the components associated with PEP complex. -

Immunogen: AT1G01290 Q39056 Synonyms: CNX3, COFACTOR OF NITRATE REDUCTASE AND XANTHINE DEHYDROGENASE 3 Background:
CNX3 encodes a protein involved in molybdenum cofactor biosynthesis. Expression is low in all tissues examined, except in roots. It appears to have targeting signals for chloroplast or mitochondria. Out of stock -

Immunogen: ATCG00080 P62100 Synonyms: PsbI, PHOTOSYSTEM II REACTION CENTER PROTEIN I Background:
PsbI is one of the components of the core complex of Photosystem II. PsbI is associated with the PSII reaction center protein D1 and is required for PSII stability and/or assembly. The molecular mass of PsbI is about 4.8 kDa. -

Immunogen: ATCG00070 P56782 Synonyms: PsbK, PHOTOSYSTEM II REACTION CENTER PROTEIN K PRECURSOR, PSBK Background:
PsbK is PSII K protein, which is one of the components of the core complex of photosystem II (PSII). PSII is a light-driven water: plastoquinone oxidoreductase that uses light energy to abstract electrons from H2O, generating O2 and a proton gradient subsequently used for ATP formation. It consists of a core antenna complex that captures photons, and an electron transfer chain that converts photonic excitation into a charge separation.
