  1. ATRNS1 / Anti-Ribonuclease 1 Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

Immunogen: Arabidopsis thaliana (AT2G02990    Uniprot: P42813)
     Synonyms:

    ATRNS1, RIBONUCLEASE 1, RNS1

  2. ESB1 / Anti-Dirigent protein Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

Immunogen: Arabidopsis thaliana (AT2G28670    Uniprot: A0A2H1ZE31)
     Synonyms: ESB1, ENHANCED SUBERIN 1, DIR10
  3. BGLU22 / Anti-Beta-glucosidase 22 Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT1G66280    Q9C8Y9
     Synonyms: BGLU22

     Background:

BGLU22 is a Glycosyl hydrolase superfamily protein. In Arabidopsis, three β -glucosidases (AT1G66270-BGLU21,   AT1G66280-BGLU22, AT3G09260-BGLU23), which belong to thesubfamily 3 of GH family 1, are known to be root-specificenzymes, and they all share an endoplasmic reticulum (ER)retention signal at their C-terminus. Malboobi and Lefebvre (1997) showed the induction of BGLU21 inresponse to phosphate starvation.
  4. BGLU21 / Anti-Beta-glucosidase 21 Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT1G66270    Q9C525
     Synonyms: BGLU21

     Background:

BGLU21 is a beta-glucosidase that has a high level of activity against the naturally occuring secondary metabolite scopolin. Transcript analysis as well as protein extraction and western blotting from various plant organs suggest that BGLU21 is only present in roots and seedlings.
  5. EPFL9 / Anti-EPIDERMAL PATTERNING FACTOR-like protein 9 Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT4G12970    Q9SV72
Synonyms: EPFL9, ATEPFL9, EPIDERMAL PATTERNING FACTOR LIKE-9, STOMAGEN

     Background:

ATEPFL9 is a cysteine-rich peptide, a secretory factor that is produced in the mesophyll cells and acts on the epidermis to increase stomatal formation. Its mature form is a 45-aa peptide with three intramolecular disulfide bonds. It is proposed that ATEPFL9 increases stomatal number by competing with two negative regulators of stomatal density, EPF1 and EPF2.
  6. AGP18 / Anti-Lysine-rich arabinogalactan protein 18 Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT4G37450    Q9FPR2
     Synonyms: AGP18, ATAGP18, ARABINOGALACTAN PROTEIN 18.

     Background:

ATAGP18 is a lysine-rich arabinogalactan-protein (AGP) and part of a multi-gene family of glycoproteins with approx. 50 members. It falls into one subclass with AGP17 and AGP19, other lysine-rich AGPs. It is expressed in young leaves, shoots, roots and flowers and is active in the regulation of the selection and survival of megaspores.
  7. PNP-A / Anti-EG45-like domain containing protein 2 Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT2G18660    Q9ZV52
Synonyms: PNP-A, PLANT NATRIURETIC PEPTIDE A.

     Background:

PNP-A contains a signal peptide domain and is secreted into the extracellular space. Co-expression analyses using microarray data suggest that PNP-A may function as a component of plant defence response and SAR in particular, and could be classified as a newly identified PR protein. It is stress responsive and can enhance its own expression.
  8. CDEF1 / Anti-CUTICLE DESTRUCTING FACTOR 1 antibody

    Starting at $89.00

Immunogen: Arabidopsis thaliana (AT4G30140    Uniprot: Q9SZW7)
Synonyms: CDEF1, CUTICLE DESTRUCTING FACTOR 1
  9. SDD1 / Anti-Subtilisin-like protease SBT1.2 Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT1G04110    O64495
Synonyms: SDD1, ATSDD1, STOMATAL DENSITY AND DISTRIBUTION 1

     Background:

SDD1 is identified as a mutation affecting stomatal development and distribution. It is similar to serine proteases. Serine protease involved in the negative regulation of stomatal density and distribution. Research shows that SDD1 generates an extracellular signal by meristemoids/guard mother cells and the function of SDD1 is dependent on TMM activity.
  10. IDA / Anti-Protein IDA Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT1G68765    Q8LAD7
Synonyms: IDA, INFLORESCENCE DEFICIENT IN ABSCISSION.

     Background:

IDA is a small protein of 77 amino acids. Loss of function mutations are defective in the process of ethylene independent floral organ abscission. Although the mutants have a normal appearing abscission zone, the floral organs do not abscisce. The peptide appears to be secreted and may function as a ligand. Arabidopsis 35S:IDA lines constitutively overexpressing IDA exhibit earlier abscission of floral organs, showing that the abscission zones are responsive to IDA soon after the opening of the flowers.
