Immunogen: AT2G17130 P93032
Synonyms: IDH2, IDH-II, ISOCITRATE DEHYDROGENASE SUBUNIT 2, ISOCITRATE DEHYDROGENASE II Background:
Isocitrate dehydrogenases(IDH) catalyze the oxidative decarboxylation ofisocitrate to 2-oxoglutarate. These enzymes belong to two distinct subclasses, one of which utilizes NAD+ as the electron acceptor and the other NADP+. Five isocitrate dehydrogenases have been reported: three NAD+-dependent isocitrate dehydrogenases, which localize to the mitochondrial matrix, and two NADP+-dependent isocitrate dehydrogenases, one of which is mitochondrial and the other predominantly cytosolic. Each NADP+-dependent isozyme is a homodimer. -

Immunogen: AT1G76200 Q8LDK3
Synonyms: AT1G76200 Background:
Complex I is the largest protein complex of the oxidative phosphorylation system in mitochondrial and it catalyzes NADH-quinone oxidoreduction. Complex I represents the main entrance site for electrons into the respiratory electron transfer chain. In Arabidopsis, Complex I have at least 49 subunits and AT1G76200 may be one of the subunit. -

Immunogen: AT3G16480 O04308
Synonyms: MPP alpha, Alpha-MPP 1, MPPalpha-1 Background:
Mitochondrial ubiquinol-cytochrome c oxidoreductase is also called complex III and it accepts electron from quinol and transferred to cytochrome c. In Arabidopsis mitochondria, ubiquinol-cytochrome c oxidoreductase contains 10 subunits. MPP alpha (AT1G51980/AT3G16480) is one of the subunit of Complex III.
