Arabidopsis thaliana increases cellular phosphatidylcholine (PC) content during cold acclimation by up-regulating PC biosynthesis. The A. thaliana CCT1 and CCT2 were known as CTP: phosphorylcholine cytidylyltransferases, which regulate PC biosynthesis via the CDP–choline pathway. |
