Arabidopsis Antibodies
-
Starting at $89.00
Immunogen: AT4G00650 Q67Z93
Synonyms: FLA, FLOWERING LOCUS A, FRI, FRIGIDA, REDUCED STEM BRANCHING 7, RSB7 Background:
Most of the natural variation in flowering time in Arabidopsis thaliana can be attributed to allelic variation at the gene FRIGIDA (FRI, AT4G00650), which activates expression of the floral repressor FLOWERING LOCUS C (FLC, AT5G10140). -

Immunogen: AT4G23940 O22993
Synonyms: ARC1, ACCUMULATION AND REPLICATION OF CHLOROPLASTS 1, FTSH INACTIVE PROTEASE 1, FTSHI1 Background:
ARC1/FtsHi1 is a chloroplast envelope membrane protein. It functions as a key regulator of chloroplast biogenesis and division, and it is essential for linking plastid development with its replication. -
Starting at $289.00
Immunogen: AT4G14240 Q67XQ0
Synonyms: MGR1, MAGNESIUM RELEASE 1, CBSDUF1 Background:
MGR1 is a magnesium (Mg2+) efflux transporter which plays an important role in maintaining cytosolic Mg2+ concentrations through sequestering Mg2+ into vacuoles, which is required for stomatal opening, especially under high Mg2+ conditions. Out of stock -

Immunogen: AT3G30720 Q3E7K4
Synonyms: QQS, DEG6, QUA-QUINE STARCH Background:
QQS is an orphan gene that arose recently in the Arabidopsis thaliana lineage. It was first identified in a screen for genes with altered expression pattern in SS3 mutants which make an abundance of starch. Overexpression of QQS in Arabidopsis increases protein content and decreases total starch content. Thus it appears to function to modulate carbon/nitrogen allocation in Arabidopsis. Over expression of QQS in soybean, rice and maize also results in an increase in protein and decrease in starch levels suggesting that QQS affects similar pathways in a wide range of plants. QQS interacts with NF-YC4 in Arabidopsis and NF-YC4 homologs in rice, soybean and maize. In Arabidopsis QQS is localized the the cytoplasm and when complexed with NF-YC4, it localizes to the nucleus. Putative OXS2-binding DEGs were constitutively activated by OXS2. Out of stock -

Immunogen: AT3G14980 F4IXE7
Synonyms: IDM1, INCREASED DNA METHYLATION 1, REPRESSOR OF SILENCING 4, ROS4 Background:
IDM1 is a histone H3 acetyltransferase that is capable of recognizing methylated DNA through its MBD domain and recognizing unmethylated histone H3K4 through its PHD domain. It negatively regulates DNA demethylation, preventing DNA hypermethylation of highly homologous multicopy genes and other repetitive sequences. Out of stock
