PUB11 is a plant U-Box protein that is capable of binding and ubiquitinating a variety of targets including MYC2, LRR1, KIN and acting as an E3 ligase. Unlike PUB10, its closest homolog in Arabidopsis, it does not appear to play a major role in the MeJA-mediated response.
