Immunogen: AT2G26650 Q38998
Synonyms: AKT1, ATAKT1, K+ TRANSPORTER 1, KT1 Background:
In Arabidopsis, the Shaker family comprises nine members, which can be segregated into five phylogenetic groups. Group I (KAT1 (AT5G46240) and KAT2 (AT4G18290)), group II (AKT1 (AT2G26650) and AKT5 (AT4G32500)) and group III (AKT2 (AT4G22200)) can produce homotetrameric hyperpolarization activated K+channels when expressed alone in heterologous expression systems. In the same conditions, group V (GORK (AT5G37500), and SKOR (AT3G02850)) can produce homotetrameric depolarization-activated K+channels. AtKC1, the single member of group IV in Arabidopsis, contributes to the inward K+conductance, probably in association with AKT1 within hetero-meric channels. -

Immunogen: AT4G16360 Q9SCY5
Synonyms: KINβ2, AKINB2 Background:
The active SnRK1 (Sucrose non-fermenting-1-related protein kinase) form is usually a heterotrimeric complex. Subcellular localization and specific target of the SnRK1 kinase are regulated by specific beta subunits. In Arabidopsis, there are at least seven genes encoding beta subunits, AKINbeta2, one of the SnRK1 kinase is involved in the specificity of interaction of the kinase with the cytosolic nitrate reductase. -

Immunogen: AT2G05990 Q9SLA8
Synonyms: MOD1, ENOYL-ACP REDUCTASE 1, ENR1, MOSAIC DEATH 1 Background:
Arabidopsis Mosaic Death 1 (MOD1), an enoyl-acyl carrier protein (ACP) reductase essential for fatty acid biosynthesis in chloroplasts, negatively regulates Programmed cell death (PCD) in Arabidopsis. -

Immunogen: Arabidopsis thaliana (AT1G50250 Uniprot: Q39102)
Synonyms: FTSH1, FTSH PROTEASE 1 FtsH is an essential ATP-dependent metalloprotease for protein quality control in the thylakoid membrane of Arabidopsis thaliana chloroplasts. It is required for chloroplast development during leaf growth, and particularly for the specific degradation of photo-damaged D1 protein in the photosystem II (PSII) complex to maintain photosynthesis activity. In the Arabidopsis thaliana genome, 12 genes encoding members of the FtsH family have been identified. Nine of these proteins (FtsH1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12) are located in the chloroplast. -

Immunogen: Arabidopsis thaliana (AT2G27880 Uniprot: Q9SJK3)
Synonyms: AGO5, ARGONAUTE 5, ATAGO5 Background: AGO5 is a specialized Argonaute protein in Arabidopsis that binds small interfering RNAs (siRNAs) to direct RNA silencing. It primarily targets viral RNAs and transposable elements, providing antiviral defense and maintaining genome integrity. AGO5 also regulates reproductive development, with mutants showing reduced fertility due to defective gametogenesis.
