CPN10-I / Anti-Chaperonin 10 subunit, mitochondrial antibody

CPN10-I / Anti-Chaperonin 10 subunit, mitochondrial antibody

Co-chaperonin complex is required for substrate encapsulation during assisting the folding of the unfolded protein with the chaperonin complex. Co-chaperonin also termed as GroES, Cpn10 and Hsp10. CPN10-I (AT1G14980) is a mitochondrial-localized chaperonin 10 protein and its mRNA is upregulated in response to heat shock treatment and is expressed uniformly in various organs.

PhytoAB has the PHY0375S antibody, the immunogen is KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide of CPN10-I

derived from Arabidopsis thaliana AT1G14980. We also have PHY0376S antibody for low price trial.

Among 25 analyzed species, the sequence of the synthetic peptide used for immunization is 80-99%

homologues with the sequence in Populus trichocarpa.
