HCF244 / Anti-High Chlorophyll Fluorescence 244 antibody

HCF244 (high chlorophyll fluorescence244), which is essentially for accumulation of PSII complex. The factor is highly conserved between land plants, algae and cyanobacteria. The factor HCF244 also belongs to the atypical SDR subfamily and possesses the modified Rossmann fold dinucleotide-binding site of this subgroup, together with an altered catalytic motif. HCF244 is associated with an approximately 300-kD thylakoid membrane complex.
