Immunogen: AT2G02740 Q66GR6 Synonyms: pTAC11, WHY3, A. THALIANA WHIRLY 3, ATWHY3, PLASTID TRANSCRIPTIONALLY ACTIVE11, WHIRLY 3 Background:
In chloroplasts, transcription of plastid genes is mediated by two types of RNA polymerase: plastid-encoded RNA polymerase (PEP) and nuclearencoded RNA polymerase (NEP). Transcription in plastids is also mediated by a number of nuclear-encoded factors in addition to PEP and NEP. In the insoluble RNA polymerase preparation samples, a total of 18 components named as pTACs (pTAC1 to pTAC18) were identified. pTAC11 (AT2G02740) is one of the components associated with PEP complex.pTAC11 is also termed as ATWHY3. -

Immunogen: AT5G48300 P55228 Synonyms: ADGP, ADG1, ADP GLUCOSE PYROPHOSPHORYLASE 1, ADP-GLUCOSE PYROPHOSPHORYLASE SMALL SUBUNIT 1, APS1 Background:
ADP-glucose pyrophosphorylase (ADGP) is the catalytic isoform responsible for ADP-glucose pyrophosphorylase activity. The presence of ADGP is required for large subunit stability. ApS1 is the major small subunit isoform present in all plant tissues tested. -

Immunogen: AT3G47470 P27521 Synonyms: Lhca4, CAB4, LHCA4, LIGHT-HARVESTING CHLOROPHYLL-PROTEIN COMPLEX I SUBUNIT A4
Background:
The light-harvesting complex (LHC) functions as a light receptor, it captures and delivers excitation energy to photosystem with which it is closely associated. The light-harvesting protein Lhca4 is one of the four main and highly conserved types of chlorophyll a/b-binding proteins (Lhca1-4) of the light harvesting antenna (LHCI) of plant photosystem I. Lhca4 is imported as a precursor from the cytosol into the chloroplast. Upon insertion into the thylakoid membrane Lhca4 forms a heterodimer (LHCI-730) with Lhca1 that associates with the PSI core close to PsaG and PsaF.

Immunogen: AT5G57020 Q9LTR9 Synonyms: NMT1, ARABIDOPSIS THALIANA MYRISTOYL-COA:PROTEIN N-MYRISTOYLTRANSFERASE, ATNMT1, MYRISTOYL-COA:PROTEIN N-MYRISTOYLTRANSFERASE Background:
Arabidopsis thaliana, like human, has two tightly regulated N-myristoyltransferase (NMT) genes, NMT1 (AT5G57020) and NMT2 (AT2G44170). The AtNMT1 expression profile indicated ubiquity in roots, stem, leaves, flowers, and siliques (approximately 1.7 kb transcript and approximately 50 kDa immunoreactive polypeptide) but a greater level in the younger tissue, which are developmentally very active.
