Immunogen: AT1G09080 Q8H1B3
Synonyms: BIP3, BINDING PROTEIN 3, HEAT SHOCK PROTEIN 70-13, HSP70-13 Background:
Immunoglobulin-binding protein (BiP) is a molecular chaperone of the heat shock protein 70 (Hsp70) family. BiP is localized in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and plays key roles in protein translocation, protein folding and quality control in the ER. -

Immunogen: AT1G79810 Q9CA86
Synonyms: PEX2, AtPEX2, ARABIDOPSIS PEROXIN 2, PEROXIN 2, REVERSAL OF THE DET PHENOTYPE 3, TED3 Background:
PEX2 is a conserved RING finger domain-containing peroxisomal membrane protein involved in peroxisomal protein import in diverse species. PEX2 or its RING domain possesses E3 ubiquitin ligase activity in Arabidopsis. It might act directly in a photomorphogenetic pathway negatively regulated by DET1, which is involved in peroxisome assembly and matrix protein import. It also could be part of a complex responsible for the monoubiquitination of PEX5. -

Immunogen: AT1G04110 O64495
Synonyms: SDD1, ATSDD1, STOMATAL DENSITY AND DISTRIBUTION 1 Background:
SDD1 is identified as a mutation affecting stomatal development and distribution. It is similar to serine proteases. Serine protease involved in the negative regulation of stomatal density and distribution. Research shows that SDD1 generates an extracellular signal by meristemoids/guard mother cells and the function of SDD1 is dependent on TMM activity. -

Immunogen: AT4G22200 Q38898
Synonyms: AKT2, AKT2/3, AKT3, KT2/3, POTASSIUM TRANSPORT 2/3 Background:
AKT2 is a photosynthate- and light-dependent inward rectifying potassium channel with unique gating properties that are regulated by phosphorylation. Expressed in guard cell protoplasts and in the phloem and xylem of aerial portions of the plant. The channel can coassemble with another K+ channel, KAT1, in vitro. In guard cells, AKT2/3 is responsible for the Ca2+ sensitivity of the K+ uptake channel. In the phloem, it regulates the sucrose/H+ symporters via the phloem potential. AKT2 belongs to the Shaker family K+ channels which include the following groups based on phylogenetic analysis (FEBS Letters (2007) 581: 2357): I (inward rectifying channel): AKT1 (AT2G26650), AKT5 (AT4G32500) and SPIK (also known as AKT6, AT2G25600); II (inward rectifying channel): KAT1 (AT5G46240) and KAT2 (AT4G18290); III (weakly inward rectifying channel): AKT2 (AT4G22200); IV (regulatory subunit involved in inwardly rectifying conductance formation): KAT3 (also known as AtKC1, AT4G32650); V (outward rectifying channel): SKOR (AT3G02850) and GORK (AT5G37500). -

Immunogen: AT3G01440 Q9SGH4
Synonyms: PQL1, PHOTOSYNTHETIC NDH SUBCOMPLEX L 3, PNSL3, PQL2,PSBQ-LIKE 1, PSBQ-LIKE 2. Background:
Chloroplast NADH dehydrogenase-like (NDH) complex mediates cyclic electron transport around PSI and chlororespiration. Chloroplast NDH consists of five subcomplexes. In higher plants, NDH complex further associates with photosystem I (PSI) to form the NDH-PSI supercomplex. PQL1 is the PNSL(At3G01440) subunit of the NDH complex.
