  1. Lhcb5 / Anti-Lhcb5 protein antibody

    Starting at $89.00

Immunogen: Arabidopsis thaliana (AT4G10340   Uniprot: Q9XF89)
Synonyms: Lhcb5, LIGHT HARVESTING COMPLEX OF PHOTOSYSTEM II 5
  2. Lhca3 / Anti-Chlorophyll a-b binding protein 3, chloroplastic Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT1G61520    Q9SY97
Synonyms: LHCA3, PHOTOSYSTEM I LIGHT HARVESTING COMPLEX GENE 3

     Background:

The light-harvesting complex (LHC) functions as a light receptor, it captures and delivers excitation energy to photosystem with which it is closely associated. The light harvesting protein Lhca3 is one of the four main and highly conserved types of chlorophyll a/b-binding proteins (Lhca1-4) of the light harvesting antenna (LHCI) of plant photosystem I. Lhca3 is imported as a precursor from the cytosol into the chloroplast. Upon integration in the thylakoid membrane Lhca3 forms a heterodimer (LHCI-680) with Lhca2 that associates with the PSI core close to PsaF and PsaK.
  3. UGP2 / Anti-UDP-glucose pyrophosphorylase antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT5G17310    P57751
     Synonyms: UGP2, ATUGP2, UDP-GLUCOSE PYROPHOSPHORYLASE 2

     Background:

UDP-glucose pyrophosphorylase (UGPase) is an ubiquitous enzyme found in plants, animals and bacteria, and produces UDP-glucose which is the major glycosyl donor for polysaccharides in all organisms (e.g. needed for sucrose synthesis, but also for cellulose and callose formation, and as a precursor to other nucleotide-sugars).
  4. UGP1 / Anti-UDP-glucose pyrophosphorylase antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT3G03250    Q9M9P3
     Synonyms: UGP1, UGPase, ATUGP1, UGP, UDP-GLUCOSE PYROPHOSPHORYLASE, UDP-GLUCOSE PYROPHOSPHORYLASE 1

  5. RbcS1A / Anti-Ribulose bisphosphate carboxylase small chain 1A, chloroplastic antibody

    Starting at $89.00

Immunogen: Arabidopsis thaliana (AT1G67090   Uniprot: P83755)
Synonyms: RBCS1A, RIBULOSE BISPHOSPHATE CARBOXYLASE SMALL CHAIN 1A
  6. RbcL / Anti-RbcL subunit of RuBisCO antibody

    Starting at $89.00

Immunogen: Arabidopsis thaliana (ATCG00490    Uniprot: O03042)
     Synonyms: RbcL, Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase, oxygenase
  7. Lhca1 / Anti-Lhca1 protein of LHCI antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT3G54890   Q01667
Synonyms: Lhca1, LHCA1, PHOTOSYSTEM I LIGHT HARVESTING COMPLEX GENE 1

     Background:

Lhca1 is a chlorophyll a/b-binding protein and a key component of the Photosystem I light-harvesting complex. It is located in the chloroplast thylakoid membrane and functions to capture and transfer light energy for photosynthesis.
  8. AHK4 / Anti-Arabidopsis histidine kinase 4 antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT2G01830     Q9C5U0
     Synonyms: AHK4, ATCRE1, CRE1, CYTOKININ RESPONSE 1, WOL, WOL1, WOODEN LEG, WOODEN LEG 1
Background: AHK4/CRE1/WOL is a cytokinin-binding histidine kinase receptor that transduces cytokinin signals across the plasma membrane. It is located in the plasma membrane, endoplasmic reticulum, and nucleus.
  9. mtHsc70-1 / Anti-mtHsc70-1 Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT4G37910    Q8GUM2
     Synonyms: HSP70, MTHSC70-1, AtHsp70-9, Heat shock protein 70-9

     Background:

The 70 kilodalton heat shock proteins (Hsp70s) are a family of conserved ubiquitously expressed heat shock proteins. The Hsp70s are an important part of the cell's machinery for protein folding, and help to protect cells from stress. Hsp70, which exhibits both cytoprotectant and immunoregulatory functions. Members of the Hsp70 family are strongly upregulated by heat stress and toxic chemicals, particularly heavy metals such as arsenic, cadmium, copper, mercury, etc. Arabidopsis plants contain two genes coding for mitochondrial Hsp70-type chaperon-like proteins, AtHscA1 (At4g37910) and AtHscA2 (At5g09590).
  10. GLU1 / Anti-GLU1 antibody

     Background:

GLU1 is a chloroplastic ferredoxin‑dependent glutamate synthase. It assimilates photorespiratory ammonium to synthesize glutamate and is essential for primary nitrogen assimilation in leaves.
